Members use our board certified clinicians for common medical concerns, urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, dermatology, and behavioral health counseling. A flat monthly fee covers all included services and discounts; no claims to file.

Insurance is for high-cost events (ER, hospital, surgery). KonnectMD handles everyday care and medications at a predictable monthly price. Many unions use KonnectMD alongside existing insurance to lower out-of-pocket costs and reduce time away from work.

Up to 8 people total on a single plan (subject to plan rules). You your spouse or partner and up to 6 other family members under 25 years of age.

No. For services included in your plan, there are no copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.

When medically appropriate, clinicians can prescribe. Members have access to a $0 formulary of 1,000+ generic medications (plan-dependent). Drugs outside the $0 list may be available at a discounted cash price. Controlled substances are not included.

No. It isn’t a replacement for insurance. Use KonnectMD for routine care and included medications; keep insurance for hospitals, specialists, procedures, and emergencies.

Use the app, web portal, or phone to request a visit. You’ll share your symptoms, connect with a licensed clinician, and get next steps, plan care, prescriptions (if appropriate), and follow-up.

Yes. Plans can be sponsored by individuals, employers, unions, businesses, or nonprofits, or offered as a voluntary member- paid benefit. Enrollment and billing are configurable to your setup.

KonnectMD follows HIPAA requirements. Your health information is private and not shared with anyone without your consent.

We provide a dedicated sign-up link (or bulk upload for group enrollments). Coverage begins on your chosen effective date once enrollment is complete.

Memberships can be canceled effective the next billing cycle.

In-person visits, emergency room care, in patient hospital services, and procedures are outside the membership. Non-formulary or excluded medications and controlled substances are not included.
