Opportunity Overview:
We seek motivated and customer-oriented Membership Coordinators to help us grow our membership base. Your key focus: connect with potential members, understand their needs, and offer them plans that provide valuable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote KonnectMD’s membership plans to individuals, families, and small businesses.
- Conduct consultations virtually or in person, based on need.
- Build long-term member relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Manage inquiries and guide prospects through enrollment.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and trends in the healthcare space.
Qualifications:
- Sales, customer service, or coordination experience is helpful—but not required.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently from home.
- Driven to meet goals and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Genuine passion for healthcare and making an impact.
Requirements:
- Attend training regularly.
- Check your email daily.
- Accessible by phone or Facebook Messenger.
- Engage in our private Facebook group for updates.
- Open to coaching and feedback.
