What is a formulary?
A formulary is a curated list of prescription medications included in your KonnectMD membership. It helps ensure members and their providers can choose safe, effective, and cost-efficient treatments. Medications are grouped by tier—generics are usually in lower tiers (and often free), while brand-name or specialty drugs may fall into higher-priced tiers.
To determine if your medication is covered, search for its name in the corresponding PDF formulary below. Medications are listed alphabetically or by therapeutic category. Each entry includes important coverage details such as dosage, form, and any limits.
KonnectMD offers several formularies based on membership level:
- Silver & Gold Members: Access 37 acute-use prescriptions at $0 cost.
- Platinum Members: Access over 1,000 acute and chronic medications, many at $0–$5 for 90-day fills.
- All Members: Optional $50-or-less 90-day prescription fills via mail order or retail pharmacy.
- All Members: Access to eligible OTC medications and vitamins.
