We’re recruiting dedicated veterans to join us as Remote Membership Coordinators. Operate from your home base, consulting potential members and building your own team. This flexible, remote role offers significant income potential and a real chance to make a difference.
About the Role
KonnectMD is expanding nationwide, and our Remote Membership Coordinators are essential to our growth. Your primary mission: connect with potential members, assess their healthcare needs, and guide them toward suitable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage individuals, families, and businesses to promote KonnectMD healthcare memberships.
- Conduct virtual consultations, clearly communicating membership benefits.
- Develop long-term relationships, enhancing member satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer support during enrollment.
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination is beneficial, but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust virtually.
- Self-driven, organized individuals are comfortable working remotely.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM software is advantageous.
- Commitment to our mission of improving healthcare access.
Operational Expectations
- Regular attendance at training sessions and briefings.
- Daily monitoring and management of email communication.
- Availability via phone or Facebook Messenger during business hours.
- Active participation in internal Facebook groups for ongoing updates.
- Openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Annual Broker/Agency Fee: $24.99 Mo.

Additional Information
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role, requiring independent tax management.
- Previous service experience is valued but not mandatory.
